History
Founded to close execution gaps between strategy and implementation, the group evolved from a small experimental effort into a dual-track organization with dedicated research and development units. Research established the analytical backbone, defining problems with clarity and evidence; development translated those insights into engineered systems that scaled. The two tracks advanced in lockstep, shaping a culture built on rigor, iteration speed, and shipped outcomes.
